WHO CAN LEASE?
Any company, organization, association or authorized government agency. We do not lease equipment to individuals for personal use.

HOW IS THE MONTHLY LEASE PAYMENT DETERMINED?
Monthly lease payments are based on the term of the lease, equipment cost, cost of funds to the lessor and the creditworthiness of the lessee. Standard terms of a lease run from 12 to 60 months.

SHOULDN’T I JUST PURCHASE MY EQUIPMENT?
Clients that implement our leasing solutions realize that their profits are maximize by using equipment not by owning it. Technology is a depreciating asset. Why purchase a depreciating asset when you can acquire the right to use it without tying up needed capital that could be deployed elsewhere.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN APPROVALl?
Application Only transactions under $75,000 can be approved within 24 hours. Structured Lease transactions requiring additional financial disclosure, i.e. financial statements and tax returns, are generally approved within 24 -48 hrs after receipt of all required documentation.

WHO HANDLES ALL THE PAPERWORK?
Capital Leasing Solutions will manage the entire documentation process including initial credit review and approval enabling you to continue to focus on running your business and generating new sales.

WHAT IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT PAY AND THE LEASE GOES BAD?
All of our leasing transactions are done on a non-recourse basis. Simply stated, once we approve the lessee and the vendor delivers the equipment we will make payment in full and the vendor has no additional obligations. If the lessee fails to make future payments it becomes our responsibility not yours.

CAN OTHER THINGS BE INCLUDED IN THE LEASE BESIDES THE EQUIPMENT?
Yes. Soft cost such as sales tax, delivery, installation, etc., can usually be included in the lease payment minimizing your initial out of pocket expenses.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO LEASE TO GOVERNMENT AGENCIES? Yes. We have the capability to lease to Cities, Counties, Townships, Public School Districts and State Governments. This would include Fire Departments, Police Departments, State Universities and more. The equipment would include computer equipment, communications equipment, transportation equipment and more. We can also lease to the Federal Government. This would include customers such as the Armed Forces, Veteran's Administration, and US Postal Service, etc.
